The sacred symbol Om (Aum) is said to represent the primordial sound of the Universe. The Buddha is believed to have heard the "Om" sound when he was meditating on the mysteries of life, and the sound led him to the Truth. The Lotus Flower represents purity of the body, mind and speech, floating above material attachment and physical desire - the Lotus Flower symbolizes attaining enlightenment and the endless cycle of life and rebirth. 

These Tingsha bells are hand-crafted by Tibetans in Nepal. Each cymbal measures 2.75 inches in diameter, and when you strike them gently together, they produce a rich tone equal to an "F#" note. These tones resonate with the heart and connect to the divine. They can open the heart chakra, and raise the vibrational frequencies of your body, your space, and your crystal skulls.
